Can I recreate this hardware using the sources if available here on Github?

I am looking at recreating 2 for myself at present as importing it from anywhere outside is turning out to be extremely costly for us in India.

Yes, the design is open source and you may use it for your purposes.
You are not allowed to use original branding - Digirig name, logo or my call sign.
