missing the ability to copy (move) folders

in the old version 2, when you click, hold and move a folder after dropping it, there was a choose menu to select
wether to copy it or just to move it. - now in version 3 it is always only a move.
But how can I copy a complete folder ?
(also when selecting a folder and pressing the copy button after trying to paste it, I got an error "no a regular file")

so, how to copy folders ?
