- Add DEV.to submission assets: before/after docs, Copilot moment
  breakdowns, visual assets, demo cheatsheet, and runbook
- Add video — assets/smoke-test-demo.mp4: reference terminal recording
  of smoke-test.sh (single-take terminal proof)
- smoke-test recording for submission runbook
