Feature Request: --options file config setting

This is pretty cool and I was able to get it working. I think there could be some benefit for defining an options files where we can set the prompt / plan's file paths, model selection, and other setting without having to write a super long cli command.

I also think some better documentation on how this command should be run. Would be nice to be in a working directory, invoke the ralph command, and read from sort of saved settings and perform operation on the current directory we are in.
