Process for complaints against trustee(s) in governance working group

What if there is a complaint about a trustee who is part of the governance working group (as the group that reviews complaints). Our aim is to collect information and then feedback to trustees with a proposal of changes to the complaints and grievances policy.

Notes:

• Oscar as been working with the Turing way on governance
  • Prevent getting to a point where there is a grievance
  • Have processes in place to be able to remove a trustee
  • Can be light touch
  • We like the idea of a partner organisation reviewing these complaints
