Document conda-forge install option

👋 I've gotten this repo added to conda-forge at conda-forge/python-twitter-v2-feedstock. It is now possible to install this package with

conda install -c conda-forge python-twitter-v2

Please let me know if anybody else wishes to be added as a maintainer to that feedstock. I am happy to do it otherwise.
