Investigate adding a constraint based on the maximum size of the aorta

Since we have a distance map, and we can find out the maximum diameter of the aorta, we should be able to add a constraint on the diameter of the aorta in the segmentation. This information could be useful for detecting when the algorithm is failing.

We don't necessarily have to add a constraint now, but we should definitely work this idea into the final report.

We don't currently have patient-specific information, like their height, but if we did we could morphometrically scale the maximum aorta diameter using the patient's height. We could note this as potential future work.
