Flag fix still not Pulled (Work Around Included Here)

This issue solution https://github.com/smithed/vicompare/issues/1 is still sitting in the Pull Requests queue.

1. Whoever has the access to do so, please process this ASAP
2. A temporary work-around I discovered is to enter "---" instead of the single "-" for the flags in your Git External Diff settings

(List of available flags using the "---")

• ---noattr
• ---nofp
• ---nofppos
• ---nobd
• ---nobdcosm
• ---nobdpos
