Release SMART (Multi-Agent Robotic Testbed) on Hugging Face #1
Description
Hi @JingtianYan 🤗
Niels here from the open-source team at Hugging Face. I discovered your work on Arxiv and was wondering whether you would like to submit it to hf.co/papers to improve its discoverability. If you are one of the authors, you can submit it at https://huggingface.co/papers/submit.
The paper page lets people discuss about your paper and lets them find artifacts about it (your models, datasets or demo for instance), you can also claim
the paper as yours which will show up on your public profile at HF, add Github and project page URLs.
It'd be great to make the SMART Testbed available on the 🤗 hub. While it's a comprehensive software tool and testbed for MAPF rather than a traditional model checkpoint or dataset, we believe hosting it on Hugging Face could significantly improve its visibility and discoverability within the robotics and multi-agent systems community. We can add tags so that people find it when filtering https://huggingface.co/models (as a robotics-related system) or create a dedicated Space for its demo.
Uploading "models" (as a general artifact)
See here for a guide: https://huggingface.co/docs/hub/models-uploading.
Even for non-traditional ML models or software systems, the Hub can serve as a central point for discovery and versioning.
Hosting the demo
The interactive demo you have at https://smart-mapf.github.io/demo/ could be hosted on Spaces. We can provide you a ZeroGPU grant, which gives you A100 GPUs for free, if GPU inference is needed for the demo. This would make it even more accessible to the community.
Let me know if you're interested/need any help regarding this!
Cheers,
Niels
