node executor and image builder should use the same working directory when running user scripts

At the moment it's inconsistent - executor uses `/var/tmp/slipstream`, builder (orchestrator on the remote machine) uses `/home/<user>`.  This breaks user pre-/post-install scripts between deployment and image build.
