Suggestions from a PO in Multnomah:
- Remove 'transfer' and 'transcript' buttons from client list since those are rarely needed
- Have a button that takes you directly to all of client's contact info
- Have a button that lets you send that client a text (I think the PO would like to send a text directly from the client list screen, as opposed to having to send the text within the message stream)
- Default sort by last activity, or allow a PO to choose their own default sort option
