[Bug] PlayerBots all show up as level 1

Btw, great work on this core i'm looking forward to testing and reporting bugs but i love the playerbots.
Issue is i use .pbot loginall which works however the player bots all are level 1 but looks to be wearing gear so just incorrect level?

🔁 Reproduction Steps

Enable playerbots in config then use .pbot loginall to spawn the 180 bots notice they are all level 1 when they login.

✔️ Expected Behavior

What did you expect to happen?
When you use the command there levels should be randomized according to the config file

Maximum Level

max_level

Description: Sets the maximum level of the PlayerBots.

Default: 0 - Level 60

1 - Level 70

2 - Level 80

3 - Level 85

4 - Level 90

5 - Level 100

6 - Level 110

max_level = 6

This is the current status of the bots.
If you invite a bot into your group, it will adjust its level to match yours.
If it’s no longer in the group, the bot will wander through the world, fighting creatures and exploring.
This way, it gains only a little XP, but its level will still increase.
At some point, I’ll implement a system where the bots can quest on their own, which will help them level up faster and make it feel more “realistic” :-)
But doing that alone is just a lot of work...
