feat(docs): Semver matching

Allow matching to version ranges
- `v6.x` / `^v6.0.0` - any minor version (in slash-create `v6.6.0` - at issue creation)
- `v5.5.x` / `~v5.5.1` - any patch version (in slash-create `v5.5.3`)
- `v6.0.0` - as is no change
