EDM Screens Do Not Launch on First Click

Describe the bug

Some EDM screens will not open on the first click after an EDM screen has already been opened and closed in an lclshome instance. The first click will launch the server and output the error "No server found for display - abort" in the terminal.

Steps to reproduce

Open LTUH/Temperature in lclshome from prod
Click a readback to open the related edm screen.
Close the edm screen and server.
Click a readback to open the related edm screen again.
Observe error output in the terminal.
Click that same readback again without closing the server, it will now work.

Expected behavior

It should launch the server and then launch the screen with just one click.

I haven't been able to reproduce this, either following the same steps with the same edm screen, or a different one after closing the original screen and edm window. What setup are you using when you see the error? (on an OPI, nomachine, terminal with ssh forwarding, etc..)
