Support rate limits

I am trying to update several hundred contacts which fails because of the rate limit. It would be cool if this library would recognize the rate limit headers and delayed accordingly: https://developers.mailerlite.com/docs/#rate-limits

indeed, it would be cool and it should not be too complicated. Feel free to give it a try!
it will always be faster than waiting for me un-stacking my todo list 😅

Sure, thanks for quick response, I wasn't expecting you to do it, merely registering the feature request. I haven't decided if I'll migrate to mailerlite yet, but if I do, I'll give it a try
