Add Community Version of Devpod to Flathub

@skevetter I can possibly take this too, but never published to flathub before and due to upstream not sure how to get this in like should we put in as 'devpod-community' in flathub etc, don't want to step on upstream toes and risk irritation.

Same here. I have not published to flathub yet. I will need to take a look into what is required but I imagine something along the lines of devpod-community would be fine. For a broader conversation on where to steer the devpod community version, I have created #523.
