arm64 support

While building the Flutter app it throws:

The following plugin(s) are excluding the arm64 architecture, which is a
requirement for Xcode 26+:
  - ffmpeg_kit_flutter_new
Consider installing the "Universal" Xcode or file an issue with the plugin(s) to
support arm64.

Hi! I submitted PR #150 to fix this issue 🎉

What was happening?
The ffmpeg frameworks shipped with an arm64 slice, but it was built for physical devices only — not simulators. With iOS 26+ on Apple Silicon Macs, Xcode now requires arm64 for simulator builds and refuses to link device-only slices.

What I did:

• Modified setup_ios.sh to convert each .framework into an .xcframework with two variants:
  • Device: arm64 + arm64e (platform IOS, unchanged)
  • Simulator: arm64 slice platform converted to IOSSIMULATOR via vtool, combined with the existing x86_64 slice
• Headers and module maps preserved in both variants
• Removed arm64 from EXCLUDED_ARCHS in the podspec

Tested on:

• ✅ iPhone 17 Pro simulator (iOS 26.4)
• ✅ iPhone 16 physical device (iOS 26.4.1)

Not sure when/if this will be merged, but in the meantime you can use my fork. No Podfile changes needed.

Add to pubspec.yaml:

ffmpeg_kit_flutter_new:

Then:

flutter clean
rm -rf ios/Pods ios/Podfile.lock
flutter pub get
