Request: add new function of "encodeFrame", which takes a single Bitmap and its duration, to be encoded

Currently it requires us to give a list of Uris, and that the frame rate is fixed.

Please offer a way to add a single frame, with a frame-duration for it.

I tried something myself, but I think it has some issues...
