Integrate book code into Simply Logical online

The idea is to integrate the book code into the online book edition by creating libraries from the pieces of code in this repo and then importing these libraries into the SWISH boxes instead of writing the code explicitly in there.

This will help to clean up the code boxes, however since the code won't be visible it may undermine its educational purpose. Any ideas?

@flach a few comments on using book programs as libraries in the simply-logical SWISH boxes:

1. For this to work we either need to:
   • host our own SWISH server, or preferably
   • contribute the book code into the main SWISH repository or create files with our code in the SWISH database.
2. We would need to split the chapter libraries into section libraries and open a tab in the SWISH box with particular code section and load any dependancies from earlier in the book.

It seems that with this approach we would lose code transparency in the SWISH boxes (especially that box inheritance is working quite well). @flach if you think the same please close the issue.
