Scrolling lag when scroll is commited

There is an issue that causes the scrolling effect to almost stop when another scroll is done.

I'm having the same issue on http://domstapleton.co.uk. The plugin works fine when you scroll the mousewheel once, but when you scroll it more than once, the previous scroll is interrupted.

The scrolling also becomes very slow when you get to the top of the page, as the steps seem to decrease exponentially.

Can someone help?

Still not fixed, I have no clue what could be causing it.

Oddly, it seems to be working perfectly on this page:

Must be something interfering with it.

thats very weard indeed, can I ask you what other plugins or codes you are using, then I can check with my pages for simularities

my website is only using jquery and jquery ui, so the other ones should not
be it.

Scrolling with mouse lags and scrolling with touchpad is ultra sensitive.

For my site setting viewport = 0 rather then container.height() fixed the scroll exponentially slower at the end issue. I'm having touchpad issues, I suspect because "Stop" is not triggering, working on that now.
