Current Endpoint

Problem

• Not verified if endpoint is active
• Form submissions may be going to spam/lost
• No confirmation submissions are being received

1. Submit test form entry
2. Verify email receipt
3. Check Formspree dashboard for submissions
4. If issues: Update endpoint or add alternative
