InterlinearProject has createdAt only. Add updatedAt: string (ISO 8601), set by projectStorage.ts in updateAnalysis / updateProjectMetadata / create. Expose it in the select-project dialog (sort by recency; show as the visual distinguisher #61 asks for) and in the per-book status view (#117). Consider a follow-up for per-book last-modified once #87's partitioning direction is settled.
