We just hit a real milestone: Tier-1 parity is live. A single agentplugins.config.ts now compiles to Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, and Pi Mono with full skill + hook + command coverage.

Today (v0.5.x)

• Tier-1 (full parity): Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Pi Mono
• Tier-2 (skills + commands): Copilot, Gemini, Kimi
• Compiler: manifest → 7 adapters via @agentplugins/core
• Distribution: npx @agentplugins/cli add <user>/<plugin>

What we are working on

• Tier-2 parity expansion — bringing deep hooks to Copilot / Gemini / Kimi
• Plugin registry — discoverable index, search, install counts
• Visual capability matrix — at-a-glance view of what each harness supports
