make icons of undertag custumizable

Hi,

I don't know why but my icons don't show up right. Besides that it would be nice to be able to customize the icons of "under-tags" e.g. TODO(todos), Staged(git), $filname(Diagnostics) and every other "under-tag". <- Is this the right word? Sorry for my bad english.

this maybe is terminal font problem
you can change to support non asckii terminal font

1. I recommend the fonts here (https://github.com/ryanoasis/nerd-fonts)
2. The way to set the font varies depending on the terminal, so please read the terminal document you use
