Please let us be able to select the year range to be able to more precisely see changes in building rates. This is especially necessary for places like Kingston NY, where if you select "units" and "per capita", it will be extremely skewed. Since the town is more recent, and there's been data on how many units have been built since the beginning, it will be at 180,000 units per capita. This is definitely a problem when it comes to wanting to see the information about recent years.
