edit and save, image view can't refresh

Brief summary of issue

Steps to reproduce the issue

xubuntu 24.04, shutter 0.99.2, apt install

1. Take a screenshot
2. edit it and save close
3. the screenshot view in shutter main window is show old, it cann't refresh view

1. png: test ok.
2. jpg: can't refresh, test fail.

That's weird, I observer this issue with png all the time.

because exiftool writeinfo create tmp file and mv tmp .jpg

merge the fix to /usr/bin/shutter it‘s work.
