Migration of existing local setups / import existing Devenv setup

User story

As a developer with an existing local Shopware or Devenv-based setup, I want shopware-cli to detect or import my current setup so I can adopt the CLI without recreating the project from scratch.

Acceptance criteria

• detect an existing Shopware project and offer to adopt it
• detect common existing local setups such as Devenv
• import or generate the required CLI config from the current project
• document what can and cannot be migrated automatically

Readiness checklist

• Acceptance criteria are clearly defined.
• Backward compatibility impact addressed.
• Documentation written.
• Tests added or adjusted accordingly.
