Range order

Don't know if I'm seeing something wrong but can't see the function of placing a Range order and a combination of a Limit + Stop Limit is always rejected. Isn't available this option?

Hi I forked this repo and added a range order. You can take a look. There are also a lot of other things that have broken since this was last updated that I have fixed. I also switched over to firefox since chromedriver is annoying. Some of the changes I made may not be for the better however- it is currently for my personal use.
