How do I perform multi-scale bootstrap on a result that LiNGAM gives?

Hi. I'm wondering how I can use this package on a result that Direct LiNGAM gives. The output of Direct LiNGAM is an adjacency matrix. LiNGAM library provides us with bootstrap method that is not a multiscale one, but I'm not sure how I can do multiscale bootstrap on LiNGAM output. For instance, do I need to do some kind of preprocessing before inputting the data?
