Something to make it more obvious events happen all year

When someone visits the Bike Summer page after the festival has ended, the link to the main calendar is at the very bottom of the page.
It would be nice to have a header maybe that thanks everyone for a great Bike Summer, and provides a link to the main calendar right at the very top.
