CUTOFF
-Stern suggest using sum of atomic radii as cutoff.
-Largest atom we consider is S, w 88pm (0.88A), (C is 67pm) by theory, smaller by Slater expt (not sure which to pick...)
-Bonds of order 1.1-1.8A
-Most non-H bonds are fine (though H fine also for Slater)
-Most H < 1.1A, most others >1.1A
-For theoretical set cutoff 1.34A seems reasonable.
-For Slater cutoff ~ 0.95A probs fine, no atoms within mol approach too closely to consider interaction.
-May be better to set values for each atom in long run.
POLARISABILITY
Pol ( CCmm/J ) = Dip Mom ( Cm )/E-field ( J/Cm)
polarisabilities are (e.bohr)^2/E_hartree
[Polarisability (cubic angstroms)] = (10^30)/(4*pi*vacuum permittivity)*(electron charge * bohr radius)^2/(Hartree Energy) * [Polarisability in (e.bohr)^2/E_hartree]
[Polarisability (cubic angstroms)] = (10^30)/(4*pi*electric constant)*(electron charge * 5.2917720859*(10^-11))^2/(4.35974417*(10^-18)) [Polarisability in (e.bohr)^2/E_hartree]
[Polarisability (cubic angstroms)] = 0.148184697 [Polarisability in (e.bohr)^2/E_hartree]
[Polarisability in (e.bohr)^2/E_hartree] = 6.74833515 [Polarisability (cubic angstroms)]
[Polarisability in (e.bohr)^2/E_hartree] = 6.74833515 [Polarisability (cubic angstroms)]
Pol (V/m**2) = Pol [(e.bohr)^2/E_hartree] * ( E_Hartree / (e.bohr)^2)
Pol (V/m**2) = Pol [(e.bohr)^2/E_hartree] * ( 4.35974434E-18 / (5.2917721092E-11 * 1.60217657 E-19)^2 )
Pol (V/m**2) = Pol [(e.bohr)^2/E_hartree] * ( 4.35974434 / (1.60217657 * 5.2917721092)^2) E+42
Pol (V/m**2) = Pol [(e.bohr)^2/E_hartree] * 6.06510053 E+40
Pol [(e.bohr)^2/E_hartree] = 6.06510053 E+40
