nohup.out file/directory

I am running the ./runbot.sh file, but I'm getting:
rm: cannot remove 'nohup.out': No such file or directory

Do these files need to be copied somewhere specific? Or what am I doing incorrectly??

This happens from the script. There is a line in the script that removes the file if there was one. I get that error then after a second it's there and I can tail it.
