Create a VSCODE deployment / .sharing.io/init

Currently the environment uses humacs.org (emacs) or vim, but it would be nice to have vscode.

Preferences:

• multiple people on the same instance / view / screen
• push and pull from the cluster to github
• resolve cluster internal dns / services
