Keycloak auth providers configurable via GitHub Actions #53
Description
right now the MUG theme defines the Keycloak providers in themes/MUG/invenio.cfg e.g. Meduni SSO, optional CyVerse.
We should move this to CI/CD so we can enable/disable providers per deployment without changing the repo.
