[Features] Customizable bar, note sorting, gestures, folder color

1. Some improvements to the top bar like positioning, but mostly a settings menu to tweak which tools are easily accessible and their relative positioning (kind of like samsung notes, but more customizable)
2. The ability to sort notes by name and not only creation time
3. Possibility to add gestures like two-fingers tap to undo, three-fingers tap to redo etc...
4. Ability to change folder color (and in general tweak filesystem visualization) (not really a priority to me, just something cool to do)
