Shift+Ctrl+V doesn't work when extention enabled (this shortcut used in terminals)

When the extension is enabled, the shortcut used to insert text in terminals (Shift+Ctrl+V) stops working.
After turning it off, everything starts working again.

Does not affect pasting with the mouse wheel or selecting “Paste” from the context menu

Note: Terminal uses this shortcut for align with copy shortcut Shift+Ctrl+C.
In turn, the shortcut for copying looks like this because Ctrl+C is already taken by the interrupt command
