can't make analog controller using key button on keyboard

cant make my keyboard to be analog axis, but there is an option called 'use as analog' but it doesn't work how?...

Your input needs to be analog to be able to output an analog axis... so you could for example bind left stick to right stick or something. Technically it should be possible to specify a on/off input like keyboard to an analog axis but I think that's not something input-remapper can do at the moment.
