We'd need: - setup.py, __init__.py - a name available in their namespace (not [heatmap](https://pypi.python.org/pypi/heatmap), [pyheatmap](https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pyheatmap), or [heatmappy](https://pypi.python.org/pypi/heatmappy)) - ongoing version number upkeep - occasional follow-up releases
