Description
This issue is to track and plan basic internationalisation.
The user interface should be self-explanatory enough with familiar visual cues and simple symbols, thus there's not much needed on this regard, other than the footer.
Dates are server-side presented in ISO, but most users with JavaScript will see dates in the local format.
Displayed city names are in English, which may be a concern. GeoNames does have a list of alternate names per country, which could be used for display too.
