Netlify build image update

Hello, Netlify is requesting that this site update its build image:

This project is using an older build image that will reach end of support in January 2026. Please update your build image here.

⚠️ Support for the Focal build image will end on January 1, 2026. We recommend switching to the Ubuntu Noble 24.04 build image as soon as possible.

I can help with this if no maintainer has access to the Netlify project (though if that is the case, we need to correct that). But, I prefer that the projects do this update themselves, as there is a risk, however slight, that upgrading the build image could break the site build in a way that I would be unable to correct if I make the update.
