When I run code.exe with -sift，this warning comes up，please give me some help.

I know exactly what is the problem but I am not sure how I can help. As the warning suggested, your gpu hardware settings are not included in the predefined settings in the codes. There is an expected performance degradation but the final results would still be good. Which means that even if the system cannot find your gpu settings, it still computes the features for you honestly.

I ran code.exe in win10 with CUDA7 using the correct instrument, but there was no changes in the orginal pictures ,we did not get new pictures either.
Can I get any results with latest version of CUDA theoretically?
