References to without_tax in the BuilderAbstract.php fail with an undefined index

Hi,

I was integrating Sequra using the php-client 0.5.0 and i found an "index not found exception" cause by a change in src/Helper.php method totals that removes the without_tax index and then in the class BuilderAbstract class during the fixTotals method is used.

Can we fix this? or there is another approach to integrate your system?
