Keep getting ERROR: unexpected number of fields in vcf record for multisample gvcf

Hi Chris,

I am trying to extract variants from a gvcf file and convert to a vcf file. When I run the extract_variants tool on a single sample gvcf everything works fine. But whenever I try to run it on a multi-sample gvcf I get the error "ERROR: unexpected number of fields in vcf record". Not sure what the issue is. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.
