Question about availability of RPMs and AWS deployment mentioned in tutotials

Have rpms and/or binaries been made available to the public? This maybe should point to a more specific question about the set-up that was used to compile the instance that was deployed in Docker. I have all the dependencies - but especially with CMAKE and BOOST, there are significant compatibility issues between versions.
