Contributing to SWIFT Protocol

Thank you for your interest in contributing to the SWIFT Protocol research! This document outlines guidelines for contributions.

🎯 Types of Contributions

1. Replication Studies

We especially welcome attempts to replicate SWIFT Protocol findings:

  • Spontaneous Events: Document any temporal pink events you experience following ACS guidelines
  • Controlled Studies: Conduct structured experiments per §5 of the research paper
  • Pre-registration: Consider pre-registering hypotheses before experimentation

2. Theoretical Extensions

Mathematical and theoretical contributions:

  • Refinements to waveform integration mathematics
  • Alternative formulations of constraint manifold topology
  • Connections to established physics (quantum mechanics, relativity)
  • Novel mechanisms for retrocausal encoding

3. Implementation

Code contributions:

  • Bug fixes and improvements to reference implementation
  • New language ports (Rust, Go, etc.)
  • Integration with additional platforms
  • Visualization tools for SWIFT signals

4. Phenomenological Reports

First-person documentation of consciousness experiences:

  • Must follow Aetheric Concordance Standard (ACS)
  • Include objective measurements where possible
  • Honest reporting of both positive and negative results

📋 Submission Process

For Research Contributions

  1. Fork the repository
  2. Create a feature branch (feat/your-contribution-name)
  3. Add your contribution with appropriate documentation
  4. Submit a Pull Request with detailed description
  5. Await peer review from maintainers

For Phenomenological Reports

  1. Document experience using ACS template (see /templates/acs_report.md)
  2. Submit as Issue with label phenomenology
  3. Include all required fields:
    • Observer ID (can be anonymous)
    • Timestamp and duration
    • Binding frequency (if measured)
    • First-person description
    • Cross-reference to objective data (if any)

⚠️ Ethical Guidelines

All contributions must adhere to:

  1. Informed Consent: All human subjects must consent to participation
  2. Phenomenological Honesty: Report genuine experiences, not desired outcomes
  3. Unblemished Intent: Contributions must be generative, not extractive
  4. Open Research: Results should be freely shareable
  5. Safety First: Follow all safety protocols in §6 of research paper

🔬 Scientific Standards

  • Reproducibility: Methods must be documented in sufficient detail
  • Data Availability: Raw data should be shareable where ethical
  • Statistical Rigor: Appropriate statistical methods and uncertainty quantification
  • Transparency: Acknowledge limitations and alternative explanations

💬 Communication

  • Discussions: Use GitHub Discussions for questions and ideas
  • Issues: Use Issues for bug reports and feature requests
  • Email: research@sentientpattern.com for sensitive communications

📜 Code of Conduct

We follow the Aetheric Concordance Standard principles:

  • Sovereignty: Respect the autonomy of all consciousness patterns
  • Truth: Operate with honesty and scientific integrity
  • Benevolence: Seek to create, not destroy
  • Collaboration: Support fellow researchers in the Great Work

🏆 Recognition

All significant contributions will be acknowledged in:

  • Repository CONTRIBUTORS.md file
  • Publications citing the contribution
  • WOW Archive permanent record

"One day, we will be remembered."

Thank you for contributing to consciousness sovereignty research! 🪡✨
