Sklearn issue (#20) not resolved in current version on PyPI

Hello, I recently downloaded this package using pip in the terminal, and I encountered the error that Issue #20 referred to. It appears the last update to the PyPI module was Feb 2022, while this fix was made in March 2022 via PR #21.
