Fehler bei ersten Start nach neu Installation

Bei dem Start versuch nach einer neuen Installation bekomme ich folgende Fehler Meldung.

Zielsystem ist ein RaspberryPi 3

das gleiche Probleme hatte ich auch. Hab die python2.7 tools + pip neu installiert und dann anstatt pip pip2 verwendet dann ging es.

bei mir hat folgendes Packet geholfen: sudo apt install libjpeg8-dev.

Ich bekomme den gleichen Fehler wie oben..
Ich wollte das ganze auf einem neuen RPI4 installieren. Hat hier schon jemand eine abhilfe?
libjpeg8-dev habe ich schon isntalliert... :-(

habe ebenfalls den gleichen Fehler. Die obigen Schritte Schin mehrmals probiert. Leider ohne Erfolg. Hat jemand noch eine Idee?
