Add studio and network to override rules for a more feature rich rule building.
Example: AppleTV Series might be to big per episode and someone might force a lower quality profile for these.

Override Rule for a specific studio or network

Will do this when PR #1865 is fine. Maybe i will include it in same PR when current PR is okay.
