Out of curiosity, is there documentation for using this tool?

Hi! I'm sorry, the code isn't very well documented at the moment. (Is definitely on my TODO list.)

I added an example usage here: test.py
It is aligned with the default Python csv reader, i.e., the returned reader object is an iterator over the rows, and a row is a list of strings.
This reader object has also some properties, e.g., delimiter, encoding, quotechar

thanks for the quick response. not a problem in the least. i'm also way behind on writing up documentation for my projects too haha
