Open "Preview Survey" in new tab #880
Description
When in the survey editor, clicking the "Preview Survey" button opens the survey in the current tab. It would be really helpful if it opened in a new tab. As you go through the survey pages and get to something you want to edit, there doesn't seem to be a quick way to get back to the editor without traversing back through the completed pages. I've gotten in the habit of just opening the link in a new tab manually, but I think this change would be helpful for newer users.
